Katie entered the field of technical recruiting after working as an account manager and analyst for several major national and international organizations. She lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband and dog.

Mariya Carpenter

Recruiting Consultant
Mariya launched her career at an international startup, which prepared her well for the fast-paced atmosphere of technical recruiting. She’s loves traveling and has lived in four different countries, though she currently resides in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband, son and rescue dog. Mariya is a graduate of Ternopil National Economic University in Ukraine.

After 15 years of working as a nurse, Jill transitioned from healthcare to technical recruiting. Although the two industries are dramatically different, Jill appreciates that both jobs have allowed her help people. She lives in New Palestine, Indiana, with her partner and two boys.
