First Person Advisors needed a partner that could streamline issues that were causing problems created by their previous IT vendor. Our Managed Services solution provides a regularly scheduled CIO service to discuss both short-and long-term plans for their IT. In addition, we provide ISP/Hosting Services Support, End-User Support, Network Device Management, Service Management, Monitoring and Maintenance, IT Service Management, and Software Licensing. We provided a smooth onboarding transition. First Person now has an IT team that is quick in responding and analyzing ticket history and making adjustments that mitigate redundant issues that users experience.

After providing Managed Services, First Person approached us to provide their Managed Salesforce Solution. With the addition of our Salesforce Architect, Stephanie Poorman, we knew we could provide a great solution that meets their unique needs. We provided user maintenance (monitoring of licenses, creation and deactivation of users) and end-user support, including assistance with integrated products like FormAssembly, Riva, and Office 365.  

We updated failing test classes and performed general org maintenance, including monitoring data and system limits, critical update and apex exception analysis, and regular backups of data and metadata. This also included creation of new fields, updates to picklist values, and updates to page layouts as needed.  

Finally, our Salesforce Architect prepared and implemented solutions for new processes, for example, a unified method for reporting on commissionable and non-commissionable products by account by year.
